Coordination trainingreaction, timing, balance.
Coordination is usually a by-product of other training. Here it's the point β through movement games, reaction work, balance and partner play that teach your body to answer situations it never rehearsed.
what it isdefined, not sloganed
Solve,
don't repeat.
Coordination isn't memorising a combination until it's smooth. It's the capacity to organise movement on the fly: react a beat sooner, keep balance when the ground surprises you, time yourself to a partner, catch what's falling.
That capacity is trainable at any age β and it grows fastest when the problem keeps changing, not when the answer gets drilled. So our games keep shifting: new constraints, new partners, new objects. Your body stops reciting and starts answering.
βDexterity is not a movement you own. It is the ability to solve whatever the situation asks.β

Games with
a hidden syllabus.
Inside every 90-minute movement class, coordination is trained through play that's engineered, not random. A typical week includes:
who it's forthree people we see every week
the athlete
Faster than your sport.Grapplers, climbers, dancers and footballers come here to sharpen the reading-and-reacting layer their sport runs on β then go test it back on the mat, wall or pitch.
the self-declared klutz
Clumsy is a starting point.Coordination is a skill, not a gift. People who arrive calling themselves clumsy are usually the ones who feel the change first β tripping and recovering instead of falling.
the long game
Reflexes for later.Reaction, balance and recovery are what you'll want under you in twenty years. Training them now is the least glamorous, most patient investment in the room.
