Bring One invitations
Data and purpose: Guests supply their own name and email address and the inviter's name. We match these with the relevant introduction purchase, membership type, first payment status and credit record to administer the invitation, prevent duplicate claims and resolve corrections. Do not submit another person's email address for them.
Legal bases: We process the guest's details to take the steps they request before purchase and perform the introduction agreement. Referral matching, credit administration and proportionate fraud prevention also serve our legitimate interest in running the referral offer correctly. Statutory financial records are processed to meet legal obligations. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Who receives the data: Authorised Crazy Monkey staff use Kajabi for the invitation form and Trainin for purchases, bookings and account administration. Payment providers handle payment processing. The inviter may be told that a reward has been earned, but does not receive the guest's attendance, payment details or health information. A personalised invitation link contains the inviter's name, visible to the people they share it with.
Video and international processing: The Bring One studio video uses Wistia. We configure its do-not-track option to disable viewing-session tracking. Content delivery still involves technical connections to the video host. Kajabi and video service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Kajabi's Data Protection Addendum includes European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant transfers. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
Retention: An invitation form that does not lead to a purchase is retained for no longer than 90 days, unless an unresolved request or dispute requires it. For a completed referral, the matching record is retained while credit remains outstanding and for up to 24 months after the credits and related disputes are settled. Financial records subject to a statutory retention obligation are retained for that legally required period. We keep only the information needed for that purpose.
Email preferences: Submitting an invitation form is not, by itself, consent to newsletters or offers. A technical subscriber label in a platform does not establish that consent. Promotional emails may only use a separately documented permission or a properly applicable existing-customer exception. Necessary purchase and booking communications are separate.
Your rights: You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw any consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email info@crazymonkey.nl. We normally respond within one month. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
06Changes to this policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
