Sentiõ.I feel. I perceive. I sense.
A deep dive into the Crazy Monkey Practice. Before you move, you sense. Three hours on the layer underneath the exercises: how you sense, organize, adapt, and act.

what is sentiõwhere practice begins
Before technique, correction or performance — sensing.
Sentiõ means “I feel”, “I perceive”, “I sense”. In the Crazy Monkey Practice, this is where practice begins: before technique, correction, or performance.
This workshop is not about collecting more exercises. It is about understanding the layer that connects them: how you sense, organize, adapt, and act. Sentiõ takes you into that layer directly.

I am new to Crazy Monkey. Is Sentiõ for me?
Yes. Sentiõ is one of the clearest ways to step into the Crazy Monkey Practice. You do not need previous experience — this workshop gives you the fundamental knowledge and understanding of what the practice is underneath all the exercises we do.
I already train at Crazy Monkey. Why should I join?
Because Sentiõ helps you understand the practice from a deeper place. In regular classes, you meet the material through training. In Sentiõ, we slow down and expose the layer underneath it: sensing, attention, organization, contact, adaptation, and how these things connect.
I have already joined Sentiõ before. Is it worth coming again?
Yes. Every Sentiõ session is adjusted and built on the ongoing development of the Crazy Monkey Practice. The core stays the same, but the focus, tasks, and insights keep evolving. Repeating Sentiõ is not about hearing the same explanation again — it is about meeting the practice from a new layer.
Do I need to be fit, flexible, or advanced?
No. You need curiosity, attention, and willingness to work. The tasks can be adapted to different bodies and levels. You do not need to arrive “ready”. You arrive to practice.
Can I invite someone who does not train at Crazy Monkey yet?
Yes. That is exactly the point. Sentiõ is designed as a strong entry point into the practice. If you know someone who is curious, open, and would connect with this way of working, this is the session to send them to.
Bring Sentiõ to your gym, studio or organization.
We're flexible, able to travel, and always open to making it work — in Amsterdam and on the road.
Before there is movement, there is sensing.
