Bring One terms

1. Who can take part

You can invite guests if you have an active Crazy Monkey membership, including Flex, or a valid class pack when your guest buys their introduction. You can invite more than one person. Each guest must be new to practising at Crazy Monkey and may use an introduction only once.

The guest enters the inviter's first and last name before checkout and uses the same email address in the invitation form and Trainin. A guest can have one inviter. If a name is missing, incorrect or ambiguous, contact us so we can check the invitation with both people. A genuine typing error does not automatically cancel a reward. You cannot refer yourself.

2. The €39 introduction

The price is €39 including VAT, paid once. The regular introduction currently costs €59. The invitation therefore saves the guest €20. The pass is personal and does not renew or turn into a membership automatically.

The introduction covers 14 consecutive calendar days, starting on the date of the first booked class. That date counts as day one. It is the class date, not the day the booking is made. We correct the start and end dates manually in Trainin after the first booking. If the first class is rescheduled or cancelled before the introduction starts, contact us to correct the dates. A missed first class still counts as the start unless it was cancelled or moved in advance.

Trainin initially calculates validity from purchase. If your first class will be more than 14 days after purchase, contact us before booking so we can arrange access. This initial display does not shorten the 14 days promised from your first booked class.

Regular Movement classes and Community Practice are included: CMP 60, CMP Strength, CMP Handstand & Mobility, CMP Floorwork & Soft Acrobatics and Movement 90 minutes. Self Practice / Open Studio, workshops and private sessions are excluded. Book through the current schedule. Places are subject to availability and the booking and cancellation conditions displayed in Trainin. No particular class or time slot is guaranteed.

3. The guest's €39 membership credit

If the guest joins a new 6- or 12-month Crazy Monkey membership during the introduction or within 48 hours after its final day ends, the €39 actually paid is deducted from the first membership month. The 48 hours are counted from the end of the final introduction day. Dates and times are shown in Amsterdam local time.

Contact info@crazymonkey.nl before purchasing the membership so we can apply the credit manually. A request received within the deadline remains timely if our reply or processing takes longer. The membership's normal price, initial term, payment and cancellation conditions are shown before purchase.

Flex memberships, class packs and other introduction passes do not qualify for this €39 credit. It is not cash, cannot be transferred and cannot be combined with another joining discount. A refunded introduction does not create a €39 credit. There is no obligation to join a membership.

4. The inviter's €50 account credit

The inviter earns €50 for each new guest who buys the Bring One introduction and then starts a new 6- or 12-month membership. The first membership payment must have cleared and must not have been refunded or reversed. An introduction alone, a Flex membership or a class pack bought by the guest does not earn the inviter credit.

We add the credit manually in the calendar month following the first cleared membership payment. If a withdrawal or payment dispute is still being resolved, we confirm the credit after the outcome is known. If credit has already been added for a purchase that is then validly withdrawn, refunded or reversed, the corresponding unused promotional credit is removed. This never limits the guest's legal rights.

The inviter can use the credit towards their own membership payments or a future class pack. This includes an inviter who has Flex or a class pack. Contact us before the next payment or purchase so we can apply it. Any unused balance remains available. Earned credit has no separate expiry date under this offer, even if the campaign later ends. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or used for workshops, private sessions or retail items.

There is no limit of one guest per inviter. Each qualifying guest earns a separate €50. Different inviters cannot claim the same guest. We check genuine invitations fairly and will explain any rejected claim.

5. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

For an online purchase, you have a statutory right to withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the contract is concluded. This cooling-off period is separate from the 14 days of classes, which start with your first booked class. If the final day falls on a weekend or Dutch public holiday, the deadline extends to the next working day. Any longer period required by law remains available.

To withdraw, send a clear statement identifying your purchase to info@crazymonkey.nl or Crazy Monkey Movement B.V., Westerstraat 158-H, 1015 MP Amsterdam, Netherlands. Include your name, purchase email and purchase date or order reference if available. No reason or special wording is required. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient. You may use the optional model statement below.

We refund amounts due within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. A deduction for services already provided is only possible where you expressly requested an early start and all legal requirements for that charge have been met. Simply booking or attending a class does not by itself establish a waiver of your statutory rights. If the required request and information were not properly recorded, no deduction for early services is made.

After the cooling-off period, simply not using the pass does not create an automatic refund right. Your rights if we do not provide the agreed service, cancel it, or otherwise fail to fulfil the contract remain unaffected. A later membership has its own contract and statutory rights. No general “all sales final” clause overrides these rights.

6. Invitation data and sharing

Guests provide their own details. Do not submit another person's email address for them. We use the guest's name and email, the inviter's name and the relevant purchase and payment status to connect the invitation and administer the credits. See our privacy information for Bring One.

The inviter may learn that a reward has been earned. We do not share the guest's attendance, payment details or health information with the inviter. The invitation form is not, by itself, consent to newsletters or promotional email.

When sharing your invitation, make the reward relationship clear. The invitation text includes that you may receive €50 account credit if your guest joins a 6- or 12-month membership. If you promote it publicly, keep this disclosure visible with the recommendation.

7. Duration and changes

Bring One is currently ongoing, with no fixed end date. We may change or stop it for future purchases by updating the campaign pages. We will honour introductions already purchased, including their stated membership-credit window and referral-reward rules, and credit earned under the terms that applied to them. A later change does not retrospectively reduce those benefits. Statutory consumer rights always take precedence.

These action terms supplement our general terms. For Bring One, these specific terms prevail if the two differ, unless the law gives the consumer stronger protection.
