Questions
What happens after I pay?
Book your first class in Trainin. CMP 60 is a good place to begin. The introduction does not automatically renew or become a membership.
When do my 14 days start?
With your first booked class. Trainin initially shows an end date based on purchase; we adjust it after your first booking. If your first class will be more than 14 days after you buy, contact us so we can arrange the start date.
How do I use my €39 towards a membership?
If you join a 6- or 12-month membership during your introduction or within 48 hours after it ends, the €39 you paid goes towards your first month. Contact us before buying your membership so we can arrange this. A request sent within the deadline counts, even if our reply takes longer. Flex memberships are excluded. Normal membership terms apply; no cash payout or combination with another joining discount.
Can I cancel my online purchase?
You have 14 days after concluding the online contract to withdraw without giving a reason. This is separate from your 14 days of classes. See withdrawal and refunds, or email info@crazymonkey.nl.
Your inviter receives €50 in account credit if you join a 6- or 12-month membership and your first payment clears. There is no obligation to join. See the Bring One terms.
