01 / The experience
Most days ask you to keep moving. This session invites you to notice what is already moving inside you: the rhythm of your breath, sensation, tension and emotion.
Bart guides you through the exploration. There is no particular feeling to produce and no result to chase. Your experience may be subtle or intense. You can slow down, pause or stop at any time.
Your breath is the starting point. Follow Bart’s guidance and notice how your experience changes as you breathe.
Bring attention to what you feel in your body. There is room for sensation and emotion, without having to explain or change them.
Adjust your pace. Take a pause. Explore what works for you today. Participation includes knowing when to do less.

Your guide / Bart van Nispen
Bart leads this three-hour session as an invitation to explore your inner experience. Follow his guidance, stay attentive to your own pace, and take a pause whenever you need one.
A small group of twelve gives the session a personal scale. You bring your curiosity; there is no particular result to deliver.
02 / Crazy Monkey Practice
Crazy Monkey Practice (CMP) trains perception through movement situations. How you sense, adapt and work with yourself and others is at the centre of the practice.
Breathwork brings a focused exploration of interoception: sensing your inner state. Breath, tension and bodily sensation become the material you work with.
Feel what is happening as it happens. Breathwork puts your own bodily signals at the centre of your attention.
Respond to what is here. In this session, that starts with adjusting your participation to your present experience.
Practice with others. Share a room and a guided exploration, while respecting each person’s pace and space.

03 / From movement to feeling
In our daily practice, attention meets movement: balancing, coordinating, playing and working with a partner. In this workshop, attention turns inward.
The connection is simple: become curious about the information your body gives you. Breathwork offers another way into that exploration, alongside the movement practice.
“What can I notice
when I give it space?”
A question to bring into the room.
04 / Make room for it
